Inner MongoliaPeople'sHospital,Hohhot,InnerMongolia Autonomous Region,O1oo17China Abstract: Hospitals need to use various mechanical equipment to carry out medical work stably,especialy special refrigeration equipment.To ensure work quality,it is required to pay atention to the operationand maintenanceofrelated special equipmentandoptimize its energy eficiency.Starting fromthe characteristics and working requirements ofhospital special refrigeration equipment,this paper explores its operationand maintenance methods,and take adaptivecontrolasanexample toanalyzeenergyeficiencyoptimizationstrategies，providingsimulationanalysis results for theoretical verification.Finaly,abriefanalysis willbeconductedonother valuable technologies thatcanimprove the energy efficiency ofspecial refrigeration equipment in hospitals,serving the relevant work of hospitals.
