Abstract:To improve theoperational eficiencyand environmental performance of centralized heating coal-fired boilers,abig data-drivenautomated control systemwas developed.The system utilizes high-precisionsensors to colect operational data from boilers and heating networks,and combines intellgent algorithms to achieve functions such as combustion optimization,heating network balance adjustment, energy consumption analysis,and fault warningfunctions.After testing,the system hasachieved or exceededthe expected goals in terms offunctional implementation,dataacquisitionaccuracy,controladjustment eror,and fault diagnosis accuracy,andhas goodreal-time performance, stability,and reliability.
