Research on the Evaluation System of Higher Vocational Labor Education Under the Background of New Quality Productive Forces

Abstract: In recent years,the development of new quality productive forces has been rapid,and new requirements have been put forward for workers'knowledge,skils,and innovationabilities.However,there are many problems with theexisting vocational labor education evaluation system,suchasasingle evaluation methodandalack ofsystematicity.Inview of this,this article constructs anevaluation system for vocational labor education guided by new quality productive forces.This system willintegrate thenew requirements of new quality productive forces for workers into the evaluation content,adopt a comprehensive evaluation method combining quantification and quality,andadvocatethe participation of multiplesubjects intheevaluation process,inorder to promotehigher vocational education to better serve the development of new quality productive forces.
