Abstract:The crossinking reaction kinetics of low-temperature curing powder coatings has become a crucial study focus in thecoatings industry.Bytechniques such as Diferential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC),Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR),and dynamic rheology,the thermal properties,changes in chemical structure,and rheological properties during the curing processwere analyzed in depth.Results indicate that the rate and mecha - nism of the curing reaction are significantly influenced by factors such as heating rate,temperature,and conversion rate.Through the selection and optimization ofcatalyst systems to regulate reaction activation energy,and finely seting the heating rate and constant temperature period during the curing process,the formation process and final structure of the crossinking network can be effectively controlled,thereby improving the comprehensive perfor - mance of the coating and providing strong theoretical basis for practical applications.
