Hebei Lianqiang Communication Technology Co,Ltd.,Tangshan, Heibei Province,O63ooo China Abstract: The impact of water conservancy and hydropower engineering construction on river ecosystem continues to intensify,and the drawbacks of the traditional river governance model that emphasizes engineering benefits over ecological protection are becoming apparent.The ecological concept of river governance focuses on the damage caused by enginering construction to the natural morphology,aquatic ecosystem,and riparian environment of rivers,including typical problems such as dam blockageof riversand lossof biological habitats caused byriver straightening.The proposed governance path covers aspects such as restoring the natural morphology of rivers,rebuilding aquatic ecosystems,strengthening ecological protection of riverbanks,and rational allcation of water resources.At the same time,it emphasizes the principles of follwing natural laws,maintaining ecological balance, protecting biodiversity,andenhancing the self purification capacityof rivers.The innovativeapplicationof new ecological materialsand information technologyinriver management provides technical support for ecological governance.The integration of ecological concepts into river management,achieving a transition from "resisting nature" to "conforming to nature",has become a key factor in promoting thecoordinated development of water conservancy and hydropower engineering and the ecological environment,holding significant implications for building a

communityoflifebetween humanityandnature.
