Abstract:Asahigh-effciency,multifunctionaldrillngequipment,itsoperationof thesixheadseedcrystal driling machine relies on motion control and multi-axis synchronization technology,which has high requirements for the operating system. Based on the principles ofthe six-head seed crystal driling machine operating systemand the specific requirements of the driling machine equipment,this paper designs and implements a Java-based operating system for thesix-head seed crystal driling machine.Itdesigns theoverallsystemarchitecture and core functional modules: The system adopts a four-layer architecture consisting of the application layer,businesslogic layer,equipment driver layer and data management layer,and includes six core functional modules: human-computer nteraction interface,multi-axis motion control,equipment communication protocol, processparameter management, safety monitoring systemand data recording,andthe effctivenessof the systeminterms offunctional implementationand operational stabilityhas beenverified.The system makes fulluseof theJava platform's advantages in portability,maintainabilityand cross-platform capabilities,providing afeasible solution for thedevelopment of operating systems for specialized industrial equipment,and having reference significance for the software implementationof similar multi-axis synchronous control equipments.
