Abstract： As thecorecomponentofthefluidcontrol system，the material selectionand mechanical processng technologyof the valve body directly determine the system performance and reliability.The selection of materials should comprehensively consider the compatibility of the medium，the coupling effct of temperature and presure，the interactioneffectofcorrosionand wear，thedemandforthe integrationofstructureand function，and the fulife cycle cost.The procesing stage requires precise control of the blank preparation and pretreatment processs，coordinatedoptimizationoftheroughandfine machiningprocesschains，breakthroughsinthetechnicalbotlenecksofspecialsurface processing，and the establishment of a full-process quality control system and digital traceability mechanism.
