Thoughts on Diversified Innovation ofLibrary Reader Services Empowered by Al Technology

Abstract: Addressing theurgent demand for personalized and diversified innovation in library reader services,this paper proposes a service innovation framework empowered by Artificial intelligence(A1). Starting from three approaches—dynamicuser-profile-driven personalized recommendations,multimodal intellgent consultation,and semantic resource organization—the framework leverages the synergistic application of machine learming,natural language processing,and knowledge graph technologies to achieve in-depth insights intouser behaviors,improved efficiency ofconsultation interactions,and semanticvalue-added of resource connections.Empirical case studies show thatthis framework has achieved significant improvements in core service indicators such as recommendation adoptionrate,responsetimelines,andknowledge discoverycompleteness,verifyingthefeasibilityandeffectivenes of AI-empowered diversified innovation in library reader services.
