Analysis of the Design of Intelligent Control System for Elevator Based on Siemens S7-1200 PLC

Abstract: This article designs an inteligent elevator control system based on Siemens S7-12OO Programmable Logic Controller (PLC).The system utilizes a hierarchicalarchitecture to integrate theon-site execution layer,logic control layer,data interaction layer,safetyprotection layerand serviceextension layer,soas torealize the intellgent controland eficient management of elevators.Thehardware design selects high-performance PLCcontrollrs and input and output modules to ensure the stable and reliable operation of the system,and the software design adopts structured programming to achieve closed-loop control of state monitoring,scheduling decision-making and execution-driven.After testing and verification,the system mets or exceeds the design goals in key dimensions such as functional coverage,performance indicators,safety compliance and reliability,and has a wide rangeof application prospects.
