Research on the Operation Mechanism of New Energy Charging Platform in the Great Bay Area Under the "Double Carbon" Layout

Abstract: Under the "dual carbon" goals,the new energy vehicle charging platform in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area urgently needs to improve operational eficiency.However,there are many challenges in the current market operating environment,such as inconsistent standards,poor interconnection and interoperability,and insuficient integration ofintelligence and green development.This paper aims to designan eficient,intellgent,and greencollaborativeoperation mechanismthat mets the "dualcarbon"requirements.Thus,it is expected to significantlyenhance the charging service efciency in the Greater Bay Area,promote the consumptionofrenewable energy and power grid flexibility,and strongly support the achievement ofthe regional "dual carbon" goals and high-quality development.
