Research on the Application of Membrane DistillationCrystallization Technology in Optimizing Salt Resource Recovery Path

Xinjiang Industry Technical College, Urumqi, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,83o021 China Abstract: Under the backgroundofzero discharge of industrial wastewater,inorder to improve the structural performance of membranes in industrial wastewater treatment,a titanium dioxide polyvinylidene fluoride graphene ternary composite membrane was studied and prepared.The membrane structure was optimized through ultrasonic dispersion and phase separation processes,and the performance was verified bydesigning a UV asisted vacuum membrane distilation experiment.Theexperiment showed that the average pore size of the composite membrane was 0.88μm ,and the membrane flux after distillation for 1O was 12.28kg/(m2⋅h) ;Under ultraviolet irradiation,the flux increased by 31.34% after5of distillation,and the salt retention rate remained above 99.8% .The synergistic photocatalytic effectof ternary composite membranes has efectively improved membrane fluxand anti pollutionability, providing an innovative technological path for eficient salt resource utilization with zero discharge of industrial wastewater.
