Research on Construction Technology of Prefabricated Concrete Slab Temporary Roads for Heavy-Duty Traffic

China Railway No.3 Engineering Group Co., Ltd., Taiyuan,Shanxi Province,O3oooo China Abstract: Based on the Yebuqiao Road Station project of Hangzhou Rail Transit Line12,this research proposes a construction technology for heavy-duty accessroads utilizing prefabricated stel fiber reinforced concrete (SFRC) slabs.Prefabricated stelfiber reinforced concrete slabsare madeofC3O steel fiber reinforced concretewithadosage of 2% ,configured with HRB40O grade 16@150 Bidirectional steel mesh, combined with steel mesh sheet shaping tireframe binding technology and shaping steel formwork technology,has been verified through loading experiments on 49.5 t heavy-duty traffic.The tensile strength of the construction access road reaches 8-12MPa ,and the crack width is ⩽0.05 mm, meeting the specifications for heavy-duty trafc construction access roads.Before laying the prefabricated panel units,ayelow sand cement drymix leveling layer is used,and modularlifting technology is adopted during hoisting to improve construction eficiency and quality. Compared with traditional cast-in-place construction technology,the construction period has been shortened by 47.9% ,and the comprehensive cost has been reduced by 23.1% ,which has good promotion and application value.
