Research on the Design and Implementation of a Single-Axis Oblique Tracking System for Photovoltaic Power Generation Basedon PLC

Fujian Polytechnic of Water ConservancyandElectric Power,Yong'an,FujianProvince,66Ooo China Abstract: A single axis photovoltaic platform control system based on Programmable Logic Controler (PLC)is proposed to addresthe problems oflow power generation eficiency,weak economy,and inaccurate tracking and positioning of sunlight in current photovoltaic power generation systems. The mechanical design, hardware design, and software design ofthesystem are elaborated in detail,and engineering experiments are conductedon the developed control system.The test results show that the system can efectively control the operation of the photovoltaic platform,with a tracking error of less than 2% .The efficiency of photovoltaic power generation is improved by about 21.02% ,and the economy and stability are obvious.It is worth promoting and applying.
