Abstract: The report of the 2Oth CPC National Congressemphasizes the important role of education in cultivating newtalents for thenew era,and pointsout the direction for the reformand development of higher education.Under the guidance of the guilding princlples of the 2Oth CPC National Congres,this paper explores the theoretical basis and practical paths for the integration ofcurriculumideologicaland political educationand theOutcomes一 Based Education (OBE)concept.By deeply analyzing the requirements of the 2Oth CPC National Congress for education, it expounds the connotationsand necesityofintegrating curriculum ideologicalandpolitical education and the OBE concept,constructs a theoretical framework,and puts forward specific practical paths,so as to promote the implementation of the fundamental task of Lide Shuren and asist the reform of education and teaching in colleges and universities.
