Analysis of Measures for Improving Positioning Accuracyof Industrial Robots

The key influencing factors such as mechanical structure error,controlalgorithmmatching,and environmental interference are analyzed. Based on this,the system explores strategies for improving mechanical design optimization,improving controlalgorithms,and upgrading sensing technology,emphasizing the supportive role of multi technology collborativeapplications inaccuracyoptimization,and promotingthe developmentof industrial robots and intelligent manufacturing to a higher level.
