Research on the Integration of Student Management and Ideological and Political Education in the Context of Informatization

Abstract：The informationage is driving the digital transformation of higher education，and the integrated development of student management and ideological and political education has become anew trend in education.The traditional separate management model is dificult to adapttothecharacteristics of digitally native students，and there is an urgent need to buildan integrated education system. Informatization provides an effective path to break down the bariersbetweenmanagementand education.Throughbigdataanalysis，intelligent platformconstruction，scenariobased design，and dynamic feedback mechanisms，a precise，collaborative，immersive，and intelligent integration model can be achieved.The key to integrated development lies in the systematic layout ofcore elements such as organizational structure optimization，faculty capacitybuilding，and technical resource alocation.The integration of student management and ideological and political education driven by informatization provides new ideas for the modernization of university governance and promotes the efective implementation of the fundamental task of cultivating morally upright individuals.
