Construction of an AIOps Practice Platform for Vocational Big-Data Programs and Teaching Reform
--Project Delivery and Evidence-Based Evaluation for Telecom O&M with a Lambda Architecture LIU Xiaoxuan, CAO Tingrong,ZHANG Yidan (BijieIndustryPolytechnicCollege,Bijie55170o,China)
Abstract: To address the growing demand in telecom inteligent operations and maintenance (O&M) for higher vocational big-data graduates with capabilities inengineering-grade delivery and auditable compliance,this study proposes a teaching-reform framework—platform-architecture guidance, project-delivery driven learning,and closed-loop evidence-based evaluation—under a design-based research paradigm.Areproducible Lambda practice platform built on Kafka-Flink/Spark-Hive/HBase is developed,packaging three O&M task modules (KPIanomaly detection,alarm correlation and noisereduction,and capacity forecasting) together with supporting artifacts such as schema/data dictionaries,feature tables,and API contracts.Aone-semester (l8-week)quasi-experimental trial withtwo parallel classes indicates moresalientimprovements indata governance,stream processing,andofine data warehousing,while model servicedeployment and observability-driven closed-loop operation remain areas forfurther strengthening.These findings provide actionable evidence for continuous improvement ofboth the curriculum and the practice platform.
