Abstract： To promote the integrated development of ideological and political education across different educational stages，and address practical isues such as scattered ideologicaland political resources，disconnected cross-stage connections，and insufficient teaching relevance in frontline teaching，we propose measures such as integrating theideological and politicalresourcecontentsystem，creating cross-stage ideological and political teaching scenarios，providing personalized ideological and political learning support，and optimizing the educational effect evaluationand feedback mechanism.Thesemeasuresaimto provide teachers with actionable teaching solutions，achieve systematic integrationand efficient utilzationofideologicaland politicalresources，asistteachers inaccuratelygrasping student learning situations and designing tiered teaching，facilitate the orderlyconnectionand progressive advancement of ideologicaland political education across diferent educational stages，conformto the trendof digital education development，and effectively enhance the effectiveness and relevance of ideological and political teaching.
