Abstract： In the wave of digitization，artificial intelligence provides key technological support for the transformation and innovation ofuniversityPartybuilding work.Basedon the practical challenges in the digitalization of universityParty building and the characteristics of AItechnology，this paper systematically analyzes the current difficulties from three dimensions：Party member education，organizational management，and service effectiveness. By exploring the application paths of AI in constructing personalized profiles，optimizing intellgent processes，and accurately predicting needs， practical strategies are proposed，such as building an intelligent learning ecosystem， creating an integrated management platform，and improving precise service mechanisms.These strategies aim to promote thedevelopment of universityParty building work towards precision，efciency，and inteligence，thereby enhancing the cohesion and combat effectiveness of primary level Party organizations.
