Design of Quantum OTN Equipment and Application of Communication Security Enhancement Mechanisms

Abstract: To advance the application of quantum technology in the field of information and communication security,this article begins with the communication principles of Optical Transport Network (OTN) and Quantum Key Distribution (QKD). It introduces the overallarchitecture of quantum OTN equipment and the design methods for its hardware and software, proposing a communication security enhancement mechanism based on quantum measurement.Practical results demonstrate that the deployment of quantum OTN equipment can improve OTN data transmissionquality,enhance the informationsecurityofcritical infrastructure,accelerate the practicalapplicationof quantum technology,and promote the advancement and industrial development of emerging technologies.
