5G Empowers Medical Information Software to Improve the Efficiency ofRemote Diagnosis and Treatment

Abstract: Aiming at the pain points in traditional remote diagnosis and treatment, such as high-definition image transmission latency exceeding 300ms and limited multi-device collaboration, this study proposes an efficiency improvement scheme empowered by5G technology.By leveraging the three core features of enhanced Mobile Broadband (eMBB), ultra-Reliable and Low-Latency Communication (uRLLC),and massive MachineType Communication (mMTC) to optimize network performance,combined with network slicing technology, the image transmission latencyisreduced to 30ms .A secure transmission protocol for medical data is constructed, with the encryption overhead controlled below 8% . An integrated 5G+AI architecture based on the Fast Healthcare InteroperabilityResources (FHIR)standard is designed,which improves theefciencyofAI-based pulmonary nodule detection by 40% .Validation in a top tertiary hospital demonstrates that the system's diagnostic response time is shortened from 45s to 10s ,and the intraoperative interactive stuttering rate is reduced by 13.8% ,providing technical support for the diagnosis and treatment of acute and critical diseases.

0 引言

如今,传统4G网络已难以满足高清医学影像实时传输、多终端协同等新型诊疗需求,当前远程诊疗系统面临三大技术瓶颈:其一,DICOM影像传输平均延迟达 320ms ,导致术中会诊响应滞后;其二,医疗数据公网传输存隐私泄露风险,符合HIPAA标准的加密方案开销超 15% ;其三,AI辅助诊断模块受云端推理时延限制,难以融入实时诊疗流程。(剩余4957字)
