Empirical Study on the Relationship Between Open Education and the Enhancement of Universal Human Capital Under the Context of Education Informatization 2.0

Abstract: Based on the theory of human capital and the perspective of social equity,combined with the current developmentstatus of educationalinformatization,this studyempiricall tests therelationshipbetween the degreeof participation in open education and the overallquality improvement of workers by constructing a quantitative model. The study selected a representative sample data with acertain scale and used scientific statistical analysis methods to findthat actively participating in open education has a significant positive impact on individuals' knowledge updating, skill enhancement,and comprehensiveemployment ability.Furtheranalysis shows that thisenhancement effectis universal among diferent groups,especially among those with insuficient coverage of traditional educational resources, efectivelypromoting theuniversalityof humancapitalaccumulation.Theresults indicate thatopen educationunder the background of educatioalinformatization 2.0 is notonlya powerful support forachieving personalized learning,bualso an effective path to promote the overallevel of human capital and narrow the education gap.
