Abstract： This article mainly studies the difference in perception rate between different frequency bands in LTE networks，and proposes anew optimization method for inter band interoperability strategy.Through theoretical analysis and experimental verification，it has been proven that this method can effectively improve the overall performance and user experience ofLTE networks.
