Abstract: This article focuses on the design of low-power RF energy harvesting systems,aiming to improve energy harvesting eficiency. Based on the electromagnetic induction and maximum power transmission theorem, a high gain antenna with dual G-type metamaterial units is designed,a new voltage doubling rectification system is constructed,and a matching circuit is optimized using quantum particle swarm optimization algorithm.A system model ofreceiving antenna,matching circuit,and voltage doubling rectifier circuit was studied,and a low-power RF energy harvesting system with an antenna gain of 2.45dB and an output voltage of 3.015V was designed. The system operates ata frequency of 0.915 GHz,achieving eficient RF energy harvesting and providing strong support for self powering low-power electronic devices.
