Research on Data Security and Privacy Protection Mechanism in AI-assisted Diagnostic System

Abstract: Focusing on the data security and privacy protection of AI-assisted diagnostic systems,a collaborative protection mechanism integrating diferential privacy,blockchainand homomorphic encryption is proposedtoadress the risk of leakage in the whole life cycle of medical data.Taking the lung nodule diagnosis system of a tertiary hospital as a verificationcase,a differential privacydesensitizationalgorithmis designed to balance model accuracy and privacy intensity (accuracy loss <3% when ε=0.5 ), a blockchain fine-grained access control system based on smart contracts is constructed (realizing 200 ms decisionresponseunderPBFTconsensus),anda homomorphic encryption verification module is developed to ensure the verifiability of secret data ( 100% accuracy of Paillier ciphertext operation). The empirical evidence shows that the framework meets the compliance requirements of GDPR and HIPAA, and provides a security foundation for the implementation of medical AI.
