Abstract： The rapid development of the digital communication era has brought varying degrees of impact on the mental health ofcollege students.How to correctly understand the online psychological problems of college students in the digital communication era and provide correct guidance has become an important factor in promoting the developmentof mental healtheducation forcolege students.For this reason，educators should fullyunderstand the problems existing intheonlinepsychologyofcolege students inthedigitalcommunication era，andintervene instudents' mental health isses incombination with digitalcommunication technology. Only inthis waycan theybeter guidestudents to establish correctoutlooks on life and values，and laya good foundation forbetter studyand life in the future.
