Application of Key Technologies for Encrypted Transmission of Sensitive Data in Hospital Network Security Systems

Abstract： Sensitive data such as patient privacyrecords，electronic medical records，and medical images involved in medical information systems can beclassifiedand managed according to their securitylevels.Differentcategories of data have diferent requirements for encryption strength and response rate during transmission.Addressing the risksof leakage and tampering of sensitive data in hospital network environments，this paper focuses on four aspects： the adaptation and application of RSA-AES hybrid encryption algorithms，dynamic key generation strategies，blockbased encryption transmision technology for medical images，and data integrityverification and anomalydetection mechanisms.Simulation experiments are used to compare the performance ofdiferent encryption schemes interms of security and transmission effciency.
