Abstract： In response to systematic risks such as AS path conflicts and IP address conflicts in the national 5G/ IMS network during cros-provincial and cross-professional collaborative operation and maintenance，a "global consistency"toreticalmodelis proposed，aross-domaincollaborativelosslessoperationmethodisestablised，and a cros-profesional fault rapid demarcation paradigm is constructed.This system has been successfullyapplied in nationalnetwork operations，having warned and resolved over tenmajor potential faults，achieving "zero accidents"in major operations， and reducing the average fault location time from hours to minutes.
