Research on the Path of Data Integration and Ecosystem Development forRegional Smart Healthcare

Abstract： China's smart healthcare initiative is advancing from fragmented informatization towards integrated， data-driven intellgence.Regional development，however，faces dualchallenges： poordata interoperabilityand weak multi-stakeholdercollaboration.This study analyzes keybarriers todata integration-technical standards，governance， security，and quality-and argues for building acollaborative ecosystem involving government，healthcare institutions， enterprises，researchers，and patients，centeredonco-creating value.Accordingly，a"Three-Tier"implementationpath is proposed，guided by institutional inovation，supported by standards and infrastructure，and driven by practical scenarios.This framework ofers a strategic，beyond-technology guide for the sustainable development of regional smarthealthcare.
