Application of a Digital Empowered Hybrid Ant Colony Algorithm in Multivariety and Small-batch Production Line Scheduling

Abstract: In order to cope with the dynamic changes of order demand in multi-varietyand smal-batch production, this paper proposes an application strategy of digitally empowered hybrid ant colony algorithm in production line scheduling,that is,a production line balancing strategy based on improved antcolony algorithm.It focuses on minimizing the beat and maximizing the balance rate,optimizes the process alocation by integrating hybrid heuristic factors and search rules,and synchronouslycoordinates the processand worker alocation by combining the roulette mechanism,and can quickly determine the best production schedule according to the order demand.
