Design and Implementation of Multi-Protocol Fusion Communication Software forVideo Surveillance Devices

Abstract: To address the existing problems of low protocol integration,cumbersome operation,and insufcient flexibility in data interaction in current network video surveillance device management software,a multi-protocol fusion communication control software solution for network video surveilance devices is proposed.The software adopts aclient-server architecture: the client is developed based onthe QT5.15 platform under the Windows system, consisting of six core modules including login,main interface,program control,network camera query,database query,andsystemconfiguration.Through thecoordinationof multiple protocolssuchas ONVIF,FTP,and JON,it realizes functions likedevicediscovery,command execution,parameter reading/writing,and file transmision.The server module is developed based on the Ubuntu platformand independently deployed on the surveillnce device host, responsible fordata interaction with the client and executing corrsponding operations.Test verification shows that the softwarecanachieve ful-life-cycle management ofsurveillance devices,covering factoryconfiguration,operationand maintenance,and problem handling.With user-friendly operationand comprehensive functions,it efectivelyimproves operation and maintenance efciency,reduces management costs,and is suitable for large-scale surveilance device cluster management scenarios.
