Abstract: This paper analyzes the current status oflibrary reader services explores the application potential of knowledge question-answering (KQA) systems. It proposes leveraging such systems to enhance the accuracy ffciency of information retrieval.Through the design implementation of this system,the service functions of librariesare exped,providing readers with more comprehensive personalized services,improving reader satisfaction, advancing the development of libraryinformation services.
