Abstract：As an importantachievementof technological development inrecent years，artificial intelligence big language models are profoundly influencing various fields of human society with their powerful natural language processing capabilities and wide application scenarios.In the field of higher education，the large language model providesnewoportunities forknowledgedissemination，teaching inovation，and management efciencyimprovement， while also posing challnges to traditional educational concepts，teaching methods，and teacher-studentrelationships. This article starts from the basic principles，analyzes in detail themultidimensional impact ofthebig language model ontalentcultivationinuniversities，andprovidesinsights.Basedonthis，itfurtherexplores thetransformationdirection ofhighereducationunder the background of technological penetration，caling fora balance between technological empowerment and humanistic adherence，and reshaping an education system that adapts to the intelligent era.
