Researchon Electronic Information System Construction under Smart Healthcare Background

Abstract： With the rapid development of digital technology，smart healthcare has become an important approach to improving the qualityand efficiency ofmedicalservices.Constructing a comprehensive electronic information system is the key foundation for realizing smart healthcare.Through analyzing the information system requirements in smart healthcare environments，a system architecture containing core businessmodules such as HIS，PACS，and EMR was designed，integratingkeytechnologiesincludingcloudcomputing，bigdata，andartificialintelligence.Implemetation plans for system construction were formulated，and an effectiveness evaluation system was established.
