Analysis on the Application of Key Technologies of Highway Tunnel Inspection Robot

Abstract: To address the numerous problems inmanual inspection of traditional highway tunnels,the inspection robot for highways has become the core solution for the intellgent upgrade of operation and maintenance.This paper systematically summarizes the five keycore technologies of the inspectionrobot,including environmental perception, autonomous navigation,motion control,data processingand intellgent analysis,and communication technology,with the aim ofmaking the research results provide important technical references and practical guidance for the intellgent upgrade of tunnel operation and maintenance.

公路隧道作为交通基础设施网络的核心要点,其结构的完整状态、设备运行的稳定状态,直接关系到通行效率与行车安全,传统人工巡检模式受制于隧道内光照欠佳、高粉尘、强电磁干扰的复杂环境,存在作业风险极大、检测精度不统一、效率不高的固有问题。(剩余4866字)
