Abstract：Thisarticleclarfes thesemanticevolutionof“Ti”，whichisderivedfromtheoriginalmeaningoftheverb“Hang”and “Lead”，andtussolidifiedintotheoremeaningoftheoficialwhoexpreses“General Manager”.Onthisbasis，tisarticleaalyzes the terminology mode of verb-object word formation of“Ti × ”，and reveals that it has built a strict system covering military and politicalafairs（prefect）justie（ntencing）onomy（lftig）infrasructure（liftingpond）andothfelstoughtelgico“a agement+object”，andrealizedtheunityof duties，responsibilitiesandnames.Basedonthecaseanalysisof“Titang”，weshowthe systemoperationinqalicationslectionrsoelmanagementndtherlinks，andcutintoteinteallgicofstategovancein Qing Dynasty from terminology analysis.
