Abstract：Thevariationinhowtheterm“digitalhumanities”isusedinterationallhasledtoadiversityofChinesetraslations， suchas“enwen jisuan”（humanitiescomputing），“shuzi renwen”（digitalhumanities）and“jisuanrenwen”（computationalhumanities），achplodtorgdgres.isterinologicaldvesityflctsspifichallngsinevelopentofdigialh manitiesasanaademicdisciplineinChina，hichmeritcloseratention.BasednaninvestigationintothecurrentusageofdisciplinaryterminolgywithinChina’sdigialhumanitiesreseach，tissudyeaminesitsimpactonthefoationoftedisiplinolaly practices，andtheconstructionofadiscursiveframework.Drawingonterminologyteory，thepaperfurther exploresteseisuswith the aim of facilitating the autonomous and sustained development of digital humanities in China.
