Abstract：Asanidispensablescialtolinumanactivits，anguageandwitingsereasthefoudationforinteractionhnge， andintegrationamong various ethnic groups.Promotingandpopularizingthenationalcommonlanguageandscripthasbecomeacrucial nationalstrategy.Tisarticletakesthemulti-ethicsetlementofTongrenCityinGuizouProviceastheeseachsubjecttoanalyzethepromotionof thenationalcommonlanguageandscriptinthisarea.Thearticlefirstexaminesthesignficantachevements madeinitspromotioandpopularization.Tongren，uzhouisamulti-ethncselementwithacomplexlingusticology.Curetly， languagebariershavebeargelyeliminated，ndthegeneralpublic'sawarenessofspeakingMandarinhasgraduallyincreasd.Hoever，thearticlealsopointsouttheproblemsanddiicultiesinpromotingteprojectinemoteralareas，towshipscholsndspecialpopulatiosAcodinglytofurterstrengtentepromotionofteatioalcomonlangageandsriptinTongre，Guzo，nd advancethehigqualitydevelopmentofelatedfotsineticinrityegios，tearticlepropsstargetedsuggestioforepro motion work in Tongren.
