Abstract：Thisstudyfocuses ontheterminologyof ZhuangandYaoethnomedicineandhealth-preservation theoryand practice.Drawinguponestablishedrulesfortranslating TraditionalChineseMedicine（TCM）terminologyandguidedbythe threecorestandardsof Knowledge Translation Studies—“Seeking Knowledge through Truth”“Establishing Meaning through Goodness”and“Expressing IdeasthroughBeauty"—weexloretraslationmethodologiestofacilitatethetransformationofthislcalmedicaltreasureitoglobaly recognized knowledge.Theresearchcategorizes ZhuangandYaoethnomedicineand health-preservingterminologyintoathree-tiered clasificationsbsedonsmatictasparencyadtoughprcticalexploratonduesorrspondingtrasloncipls andstrategies，ThefindingsaimtopromotestandardizationintheEnglishtranslationofethnicmedicieandhealth-preservingteinology for international communication，andenrichresearch perspectiveson translating ethnicethnomedicinecultures.
