Abstract：Basedoneroranalysis teoryandskopostheorytispaperadoptsacombinedqualitativeandquantitativeresearchmet odstoclassfyandanalyze8OOcasesofChinese-EnglishmistranslationofpublicsignsinKunming.Thestudyfindsthat mistranslations mainlyocuratthespelingvocabulary，rammar，andpragmaticlevels，，withcausesinvovingthemakers，angage service providers，ndsupervisors/administratorsofpublicsigs.tegatigSopos Teorytepaperrefiestreetanslatioprciple forpublicsignsconcisenessudersadabilityanduniformityimingtostandadizethetaslatioofpublicsignsinKuing and enhance the quality of its international language environment.
