Abstract：The widespreadapplicationof largelanguage models （LLMs）has signficantlyimpacted thedevelopmentofnewtermsin variousfields.ToinvestigatetheinfluenceofLLMsonneologismcreationoverthepastthreeyears，thisstudyanalyzescorporafrom academicpapers，newsarticles，andonlineforums toidentifyvocabularyassociatedwith“largelanguagemodels”.Afterextractingand filteringthesetofnwords，tereseachexaminestecharacteristcsofLL-rlatedneologismsfromthepespectiveofwordfortion.Thefindingsindicatethatthemajorityofnewtermsareloanwords，predominantlyformedthroughabbreviationandtranslation， whileproduct-elatedoogissofteemployetoricalord-fomatiostategies.issudyotolydancesthsystematicest gation of LLM-related neologismsbut also provides linguistic evidence for the standardization of technical terminology.
