Connotation， Dilemmas and Promotion Strategies of Digital Governance in Physical Education Teaching

[Abstract] The reshaping of physical education teaching through digital governance is a necessary step in the development of digital education reform.As an important component of education and teaching，the digital transformation and modernization of governance in physical education havebecome an ireversible trend.Starting from the connotation of digital governance，this paper analyzes the theoretical essnce of digital governance in physical education teaching. It reveals the multiplepractical diffculties itfaces in governance concepts，resource allcation， technological integration，and institutional support，and proposes a promotion path： Ittakes physical educationas the foundation，achievesa paradigm shift in governance; It buildsan ecological governance structure basedon digital platforms; It uses human-machinecollborationasa means toenhance theeffectivenessof governanceproceses;Taking thereconstructionof rightsand responsibilities as thecore，it willstrengthen the long-term guarantee of digital governance.
