Research on Digital Optimization of Physical Education Teaching and Student Health Management in Higher Vocational Colleges

Fujian Vocational College of Agriculture,Fuzhou,Fujian Province,35Ooo7 China [Abstract] With the deepening advancement of digital education reform, higher vocational physical educationurgently needs emerging technologies to overcome traditional teaching challenges. Curent vocational college students' hysical health levels continue declining,with high obesityand myopia rates,whileexisting physicaleducation teaching systems stillemploy traditional models thatfail to meet students' personalizeddevelopment needs ofstudents.Intellgentsensing technology,cloudcomputing platforms,andmachine learningalgorithms,andother technologies havecreated favorable conditions for innovative teaching models，enabling afundamental shiftfrom standardized teaching to preciseeducation. However,digital aplications face constraints including lagging equipment platform construction,incomplete health monitoring systems,insuficientteachers'applicationcapabilities,andlowdata integrationutilzationrates.Toaddres these issues，constructing intellgent physical education teaching platforms，establishing diversified health data management systems encompassng wearable device monitoring and health record management,innovating digital teaching methods such as blended learning and gamified instruction,and improving multi-dimensional personalized evaluation systems can effectively enhance teaching quality and achieve precise health management.
