Paradigm Transformation Path ofTrack and Field Training Mode Under the Background of Technological Integration

Institute of Physical Education,Taiyuan Normal University, Jinzhong, Shanxi Province,O3o619 China [Abstract] In the context of the deep integration of technologyandsports,the training mode of trackand feld sports is undergoinga profound paradigm shift.This studyused literature research andlogical analysis methods tosystematicaly explorethe goals,chalenges,and paths ofthe transformationof trackand fieldtraining modes underthe background of technological integration.Study suggests that the training objective system presents a decision-making paradigm shifting from experience driven to data-driven,a prescription paradigm shifting from group standardization to individual precision,a control paradigm shifting fromresult evaluation to processoptimization,and anorganizational paradigm shifting from single training to multi-dimensional collboration; Atthe same time,during the transformation process, therearechallenges suchasshallowapplicationoftechnology,shortageof professionaltalents,data silos,andcultural cognitiveconflicts.Inthisregard,itisproposedtoempower theentiretrainingchainthroughtheherarchicalintegration of technical tools,buildan interdisciplinary colaborative training mechanism to create a composite coaching team, promote the integration of data platforms to achieve scientific training decisions,and implement organizational culture system reconstruction to cultivate a scientific and technological innovation ecosystem.
