Localized Application of the Sport Education Model in Extracurricular Youth Sports Training

Introducing it into the field of youth extracurricular sports training has important practical significance.The main obstacles to the implementation of this model include examining thelocalization process，the value tensionbetweenskillorientationand comprehensiveeducation，thepractical dilemmaofcoach professionalablity and roletransformation，and theconstraints of student heterogeneityontheconstructionoffixed teams.This study explores coping strategies from four dimensions： reshaping value concepts，professionalization of coaching teams， innovationofcurrculumsystems and evaluationmechanisms，and integrationof multipleresources，inordertoprovide theoretical references for the localization of sport education model.
