Rotation Variation Law of the Table Tennis Chopping Technique and ItsApplication in Defensive Counterattack Tactics

Fujian InformationVocationaland TechnicalCollege，Fuzhou，FujianProvince，35ooo3China [Abstract] The core value ofchopping technique，asa unique defensive stylein table tennis，lies inusing rotational changes toregulate theopponent'shiting rhythmandcreateatackingopportunities.Thisarticleis basedonthe principle of chopping technique and systematically analyzes the generation mechanism and variation rules of chopping rotation， covering the influence of racket angle，ballcontact position，and force appication method on rotation types （upward rotation，downwardrotation，lateralrotation），aswellas the tactical intentionscontained indifferentrotation combinations.Under this premise，combined withthe characteristicsof theaccelerated rhythm ofattck and defense in modern table tennis，thispaper exploresthetactical choicesofchopping players indefensive counterattacks，focusing on the coordinated strategy of rotation changes and landing point control，the prediction and rapid connection techniques of opponents' attcks，as wellas the timing and route selection of chopping counterattacks.Research has shownthat the rotational changes in chopping techniques should follow three major laws： actively creating rotational differences，dynamicallyadjusting rotational intensity，and constructing three-dimensional threats basedonlanding points.The efective use of defensive counterattack tactics depends onthe organic integration of rotational perception ability，rapid lane changing awareness，and critical combat courage.
