New Path for Cultivating Reserve Talents in Competitive Basketball in China Under the Background of Integrating Sports and Education

Studysuggests thatthe integrationofsports and educationhas multiple values，including breaking through institutional bariers，promoting thecomprehensive development of athletes，innovating training systems，and serving national strategies.However，the current cultivation ofcompetitive basketballtalents is facing practical constraints such a the division of management systems，thesolidification of learning and trainingcontradictions，the fragmentationof competition systems，and the lackofguarantee mechanisms.Based onthis，the studysuggests building acolaborative governance system and breaking down institutional barrers; It implements an integrated curiculum plan to resolve conflicts between learning and training; Itbuilds an integratedcompetition systemto facilitate talent growthchannels; It implements guarantee strengthening projects to solidify the foundation of sustainable development.

2020年，国家体育总局与教育部联合印发《关于深化体教融合促进青少年健康发展的意见》，明确提出要加强学校体育工作，完善青少年体育赛事体系，鼓励学校建设高水平运动队[1；2025年，教育部等五部门联合印发《关于实施学生体质强健计划的意见》，提出到2027年，要培育一批特色鲜明的体育健康类国家级示范性学校，打造一批新型高校高水平运动队的发展目标[2]。（剩余6198字）
