Exploration and Practice of Integrating Traditional Ethnic Sports Culture into Local Volleyball Events

Beihai Vocational College， Beihai， Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region， 536ooo China [Abstract] This paper explores thevalue，challnges，and pathsof integrating traditional ethnicsports culture intolocal voleyball eventsinpractice.Researchsuggests thatintegratingtraditional ethnicsportscultureintolocalvolleyballevents caninnovate cultural inheritance forms，create unique eventlogos，strengthencommunityidentityand social integration functions，and expand the connotation of physical education.However，in the process of practice，itencountered challenges suchassuperficialcultural integration，lackof professional talents，inadequate insitutional mechanisms，and lowefficiency in resource integration.In viewof this，it is proposed to establish a deep integration mechanismof rules，ceremony，and scene trinity，cultivate interdisciplinaryand composite professional talents，improve cross departmental colaboration and policy guarantee system，and promote cultural product innovation and storyteling dissemination.
