Research on the Integration of Sports and Education Cultivation of Talents Through the "Position， Course， Competition and Certificate" Integration in Higher Vocational Physical Education

QIAN Xiaonian Suqian Preschool Teachers College， Suqian， Jiangsu Province， 2238Oo China [Abstract] Higher vocational physical education is confronted with the practical requirement of innovation in talent cultivation models in the new era.Byanalyzing the value implications of the integration of "positions，courses， competitionsandcertificatesinthecultivationoftalentstroughtheintegrationofsportsandducation，keyelments suchassportsskillandualities，profesionalethicsandinovativepractialabiliiesaredentifed，anda"fourone" training strategycentered ontheintegration of "positions，course，competition，andcertification"，the combinationof work ad study，and quality monitoring and guarantee is constructed.This model aims to enhance students' comprehensive qualityachieve thecoordinated developmentof professional skillsand professonal ethicsandprovide practical paths and theoretical support for the reform of higher vocational physical education.
