Exploration of the Reform Practice of "Three Teachings" in Higher Vocational Physical Education Guided by the Construction of Skill-Oriented Society

Physical Education, Shanxi Engineering Vocational Collge,Taiyuan,Shanxi Province, O3Oooo China [Abstract] This study focuses on the "Three teaching" reform in higher vocational collge physical education under thebackgroundofbuildingaskilsoriented society,systematically exploring itsobjectives,adaptation challnges,and reform paths.The study indicates that vocationalcollge physical education should align with the demands ofa skils oriented societybyclarifying talent cultivation goals,innovating curiculum systems,enhancing teachers'dual teacher qualities,and establishing diversifiedevaluationmechanisms.However,current isses include insuffcientalignment between teaching practices and societal needs,unsmooth connection between textbook content and talent cultivation, disconnection between teaching methods and practical applications,and lagging colaboration among the "Three teaching" components.Therefore,this study proposes innovative pathways: establishing a teacher training system, reshaping textbook development models,innovating teaching methodologies,and building colaborative mechanisms. These efforts aim to deepen the integration of vocational college physical education with askilsoriented society, improve talent cultivation quality,and provide theoretical referencesand practical solutions for vocational education reform.
